4 Grid 4 Team Possession:
1. 4 Grids will consist of teams
2. The defending team will have 1 player in the attacking grid and the rest of them in their own box
3. 6 passes -> ball will be played into another grids team -> Defender from defender grid will sprint to defend the other box

- 1 or 2 touch passing
- Find the 2nd man (other grid)
- Communicate

1. 2 teams
2. Once a team gets 6+ passes in 1 grid they will dribble/pass into the next grid
3. Attacking team can have one player from another grid join them in overloading the grid. This will help with build up play.
4. After 6+ passes, attackers will finish on net
