GOALKEEPING SPLIT SET
One goalkeeper and two servers
Each server has five soccer balls
The keeper receives alternating shots from 14-20 yards (depending on age and ability)
Total 10 reps then rotate

X2 passes ball to GK who deals with pass and returns 1 or 2 touch through gate
GK then gets across the goal ASAP in position to save a shot from X1
X1 takes a touch out of feet and strikes at goal
