Each player with a ball. Dribbling around in open space.
Each player will be assigned a number 1 or 2.
Coach calls out number 1 they leave their ball and chase any number 2 player that tries to keep their ball. Repeat several times then switch number called.

Set Up: Each playing space it about 25x15 Teams are divided equally.
Description:
Two 1v1 games going on a same time. Each team attacks the opponents goal. If the purple wins the ball they try to score. If the ball goes out of bounds a new blue will attack and new purple will defend.
CoachingPoints:
1. Immediate reaction
2. Transition
3. 1st defender trys to recover the ball.
Progression:
If the blue loses the ball a second blue player can run on to help pressure and win the ball quickly.

Set Up: 30x40y 2v2
Description:
Purple Team starts with the ball and attacks 1 small goal. Blue team wins the ball and counters to opposite small goal. Looking for immediate reaction to counter defend and win the ball back quickly.

3. angle of approach to the ball- body
4. press ball possessor
5. 1st defender trys to win ball quickly
Progression:
3v3 + Neutral
Extra point if they win ball back in 3 seconds

Set Up: Playing space is about 30Wx40Ly Field is split into 4 zones.
Description:
2 Teams playing 6v6 or apporpriate numbers, If a team recovers the ball in the same zone that they lost it they get a point, a point also for scoring in goal.

Set Up: each player has a ball, open space
Descritpion:
Teach the players the first 6 dribble coerver activities
1. Bell (ball bounced inbetween both feet back and forth)
2. Roll (ball is rolled with the bottom of foot from right to left continuous acoss body)
3. Pull back push out (roll ball back to body with bottom of foot, push back out with laces of same foot, alternate feet)
4. Bell roll out pop back in (bell into roll ball outside of body with bottom of foot, pop back into frame of body with inside of foot, alternate foot)
5. Bell roll across (bell then roll the ball across body with bottom of foot, bell then opposite foot)
6. Bell into "L" turn
7. Bell into "L" turn, but turn 180 degrees the other way adding a touch on the turn
8. Roll ball side to side all the way to inside of foot to outside of the foot keeping foot on the ball 3 times then switch feet.
9. Roll ball back with bottom of the foot, open hips with inside on the same foot, alternate feet.
10. Pull back with bottom of the foot, push across body with inside of the foot, alternate feet.
