Organization:
- 30x25 area
- 3-4 defnders start half way at tall cone
- 3-4 attacking players start at two tall cones
- 2 angled pugg nets and one goal at the end of the area
Instructions:
- 1 drives at the defender who cone from the tall cone to the side
- 2 overlaps 1 who can decide on how to penetrate
- If the defender wins the ball back they can score in the angled goals
Coaching Points/Questions:
- How can we make it harder for the defenders?
- When tp pass when to dribble?
- Is the supporting player wide on their run?
Regressions/Progressions:
- P: Add a third support player
- R: Change the entry point of the defender

Organization:
- 40x30 area with two 7x7 sqaures on the hald way line
- 40x10 channel on each side
- 3vs3+2 neutrals
- 2 pugg nets
Instructions:
- Team in possession look to play into the neutral player and perform an overlap.
- Once the neutral player recieves the can drive in their channel or enter the field of play
- In their zone they cannot be tackled but in the field of play they can
- If the pass to an overlapping blue they can be tackled in the zone
- If a team looses posession the neutral must return to their square

Regressions/Progressions:
- P: Instead of neutrals have a player from each team in the zone (possible with more players)
- R: Only player on the ball inside the zones. No tackling

Intro (15 mins)
Organization:
- 2x 30x25 fields
- 2 pugg nets
- 4 tall cones
- 3-4 players per field
Instructions:
- 1 playsto 2 and makes an overlapping run.
- 2 receives on the back foot and plays a forward pass to the overlapping 1.
- 1 finishes on goal. Everytime a goal is scored a team gets a point

- Timeing of the run
- When/where to pass?
- Communication just before arriving at the players shoulder
Regressions/Progressions:
- P: A passive defender is added who eventully becomes full pressure.
- P: A 3rd passing playing is added to change up the pattern
