Organization:
20x15 yd area
4 players per area (2 teams)
Instructions:
1 minute: Defender (blue) pass the ball to attacker (red) and play 1v1. If attacker makes it to the opposite end scores 1 point. If defender kicks the ball out of bounce scores 1 point. If defender can regain possession and dribble to the opposite gate wins 1 extra point.
After 1 minute we switch roles for the second round.
After one round, winners meet the winners for another double-round.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Get to the ball quickly.
- Slow down on your approach.
- Body shape (low knees and toes).
- Angle of approach.

Instructions:
Defenders start with 10 points. If they conceed a goal in the middle goal the team lose 3 points. If they conceed a goal in the side goals they lose 1 point.
Play 10 balls and switch teams.

Organization:
20x15yd area.
3 gates per zone.
Instructions:
Game starts with DEF (blue) passing the ball to attacker. Attacker should try to dribble through any of the 3 gates (yellow 1 points, red 3 points).
Play 6 balls per defender. Defender starts with 10 points, as far as the attacker can make it to the yellow gate defender losses 1 point, if it makes to the red gate he losses 3 points.
