Organization: x2 15x20 grids. 2blues and 2 yellows in centre. Non-pinnies on outside as neutrals
Instructions: 2yellows vs 2blues on inside of grid. Keep possession and use neutral players on outside. Neutrals can only pass to yellows or blues. Each play lasts 1.5minutes, then neurals swap with blues/yellows.

Progressions:
- 2 touch
- Neutrals have 1 touch
- Recieve a ball from one neutral, then you must as a team get ball to the opposite neutral player.

Organization: x2 fields split into 3rds. 4v4. mini goals. Blues shooting one way, yellows shooting the other.
Instructions:
Players are in there 3rds (1v1s in last 3rd, 2v2 in middle 3rd)
- when the team that is in possession plays a ball into the attacking 3rd, 1 player from their team in the middle 3rd can make a run forward to create a 2v1 in that last 3rd.
- when a team has possession in the defensive 3rd, a player from their team in the middle 3rd can drop into the defensive 3rd creating a 2v1 to play out of the back.
Coaching Points:
- Lots of combinations in each 3rd
- Quick combinations to progress through the 3rds
- Good movement and runs, support the player on the ball
- Recieve ball from deep and open up to face forward whenever possible
Progressions:
- Neutrals
- Outside players
- 2 touch
- Larger sided game (2v2 in first third, 3v3 in second third, 2v2 in final third)

Instructions: Players move in lines (as soon as one goes, next player goes) to the far cone and back jog it in to the back of the line. Exercises include; jog, side-side, knees-up, heels-up, open/close gate, hamstring kicks, lunges etc.
