Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): YDP_P6_ Consolidation

technical and physical (15 mins)

Warm up:

Draw a 20x20y square, at each corner: A,B,C,D, 3 or 4 players are waiting.

Balls on stations B and D

Rule:

A carries his ball to the central cone,he leaves it for player C who runs to the central cone as well.

A receives a ball from B and plays 1,2,3 with him. B run until ladder, coordination drills, then jump over hurdles

At the same time, C, who has taken the ball, dribbles around the red cones and finishes with a pass to D, D controls ball and juggles until red cone , then drives quickly his ball to corner A

transition (20 mins)

Draw 2 pitchs with a neutral zone in between.

Put 6 red players, and 4 blue players as indicated above, (adapt the number of players according to your needs).

Rules:

Reds play 3v1, they must realize 10 passes before changing area,

Each 3 passes, add a defender

1pt: each time red team realize 10 passes and change side

When Blue team catch the ball:

1) possibility: scoring quicky in the same area in the 2 small goals -1pt

2) possibility: Scoring in the opposite area on playing a 4v3 - 2pts
