Cramlington basics

This is a fairly basic exercise we have done before ourselves. What struck me when they were doing it was their coach constantly making sure the did it with perfect technique.

The players always received the ball with their back foot and then passed with their other foot. Two touches only. When the ball is being passed clockwise, it received on the left foot and passed with the right. Opposite for anti clockwise (equal time given).

Make sure the boys are always on their toes and constantly adjusting their body position to receive the pass in a way that allows them to easily play out their pass with the other foot.
