Set Up


The cones for warm up are set ten yards apart each, making the full distance of the warm up 20 yards long.


Players will be asked to perform a series of stretches to the first set of cones:

Jog x2

Skip x2

Side Shuffle

High Kicks

Side kicks

To the second set of cones:

High Knees x2

Butt kicks x2

Quad stretch

Side lunges

Tip overs

Hip flexors (female players)

Half speed

Three quarter speed

Full speed x2
