Description
This is a Tuesday night session with no game until a week on Sunday due to a holiday break. Both Tuesday and Thursday night sessions will be of high intensity due to high recovery times.
Session is 1 hour long leaving 10 minutes for the standardised warm up 10 minutes for team shooting and 10 minutes for a potential game at the end of training.

Goalkeeper then works accross to other cone and take feed from feeder

2) Player 2 plays pass back to player 1 who plays it long to player 3
3) Player 3 plays the ball to player 4 who gives player 3 the ball back and plays long to player 5
4) Player 5 plays the ball to player 6 who gives player 5 the ball back and plays long to player 7
5) Player 7 plays the ball to player 8 who gives player 7 the ball back and plays long back to player 1
