Set up: All players have a football, 4 defending players (guards) and 6 attacking players.
Objective: Attacking players have to dribble through any of the 8 red gates on the outside of the pitch. Guards must stop this by tagging the players.
Once a player has dribbled through the gate, they re-enter the pitch through the tunnel.
If a player is tagged, they must walk off the pitch, complete 10 sole taps, then re-enter the pitch through the tunnel.
All players must have possesion of the ball at all times.
Start: As above, but start with all players holding the ball in their hands.
