Instructions:
Attacking player tries to score on PUG goal (1pt) or dribble through the gate (3pts). Defenders try to prevent the attacker from scoring any points.
Coaching Points:
Speed at which the defender closes down the attacker.
Angle of approach from the defender (taking away the gate and forcing the attacker to pass)
Body positioning when approaching the attacker
Jockey defender until close to the target or until a bad touch occurs
Recovery if beaten by the attacker
