Organization:
1 ball per player
Put addition balls on cones
Instructions:
Part 1
1. Players (starting at the orange cones) are looking to strike the ball to knock the ball of the red cone.
2. Players work in pairs to knock the ball off the cone as many times as possible before time runs out.
3. Each time the ball is knocked off the cone the pair earn a point.
Part 2
1. Players must back up behind the orange cones.
2. Partners now compete against each other.
3. Players have balls on cones and are trying to knock down balls off the cone of the opposition team. 1st team to knock ball off the cone wins.
Coaching Points:
1. Placement of non-kicking foot
2. Decision of striking technique
3. Contact of ball
4. Contact with part of the foot
5. What follow through if any?
Progressions:
1. Addition of Gk that is also protecting their teams balls

Organization:
Players in pairs (ball / player)
Both players begin in gate, one standing behind the other as shown facing the goal.
Instructions:
1. Player A (yellow) passes the ball through Player B's legs.
2. Player B turns and drives at goal for a breakaway.
3. As soon as Player B shoots, he becomes a defender and Player A tries to score against Player B.
4. Next group begins
5. Both players retrieve a ball and return to line.
Coaching Points:
1. Finishing early gives you a better chance to defend
2. Finishing closer gives you a better chance to score 1v1 to goal
3. Technique of 1v1 w/ pressure in front.
4. Recognition of pressure and goalkeeper's position (size and angle of touch to get in behind or open up a shooting lane)
5. Quality of strike (angle of approach, foot / ball contact point, proper follow through depending on technique, etc.).

Conditioned Game:
