4-3-3 for each team
-Focus on coaching middle three and their movement/decision making in order to move the ball into the front 3
- Can we play forward as the first option? Can we break a line?
- How to we solve the problem if unable to play forward?
- How do I support the ball with my movement so when I receive I can play forward to break a line with my first touch?
- How can I pass the ball to a teammate to make sure they take their first touch forward and break a line if possible?

Area is 44x36 (Adjust as needed).
Teams can score in any of the mini goals after 1 of the following: Connect front to back (As shown, first option) but cannot connect directly (must play through middle three) or with 6 passes. If ball is lost, team transitions to middle of area to defend and opposite team transition to touchlines to possess the ball. (If no mini goals, can play to a big goal put behind)
# of intervals: 3
Time/intervals: 4'
Rest/intervals: 1'
Total time: 14'
2' H20
(26')
Coaching points:
- Focus on middle three
- Body shape to take first touch forward
- If one player drops to receive the ball, the other two find good angles (one goes higher, one weak side)
- Can we turn and go forward as first option to score quickly?
- If not, can we be patient and keep the ball to score?
