6-6-4 Position Game - 15 min
- Large emphasis on transition moments, particularly transitioning to defend
- Immediate ball pressure with two pressing the ball and not getting split
- In transition to attack, connect first two simple passes allowing us to get our shape to maintain ball possession
- Must be a central triangle with two players in possession and neutral
- While two to the ball is important, how to we remain balanced defensively in the midfield and not get split in moments of intense pressure on the ball

Double Rondo (15 mins)
Double Rondo - 15 minutes
- Teams play 4v2 in groups of 8
- 6 passes equals a point
- Objective of exercise is to complete passes while maintaining good shape and executing technical application - pass, receive, scan, move, losing marker, and to swarm in small group on defensive side
- Offensively, play balls and move to open space to keep possession
- Defensively, objective is to win ball back and play to own half of grid, which springs a transition moment and the other team comes to pressure
