Pull Back
1. Drag the ball back with the sole of the foot
2. Turn to the side of which foot is being used
3. Take the ball away using the opposite foot
Inside Cut
1. Step to the side of the ball with the non kicking foot
2. Pivot on that foot
3. Cut the ball back with the inside of the opposite foot
Outside Cut
1. Take a big step past the ball and plant foot
2. Pivot on that foot
3. Cut the ball back with the outside of the opposite foot

Organization:
1. Activity should take place within the 18 yard box/keeper box of the 5v5 field
2. One ball per player
Instructions:
1. Coach will demonstration a move (i.e. Pull Back, Inside Cut, Outside Cut)
2. Players will take 3 dribbles then perform move with right foot.
3. Players will take 3 dribbles then perform move with left foot.
4. Players continue for an allotted amount of time
5. Coach then demonstrates another move. Players continue until all moves have been demonstrated by coach and performed by players.

Organization:
1. Activity should take place within the 18 yard box/keeper box of the 5v5 field
2. Four teams, 3 players per team
3. One ball per player
Instructions:
1. Player 1 from each group takes small touches with their right foot to the cones in front of them.
2. Player 1 performs TURN with their right foot, makes eye contact with Player 2 and dribbles back to starting position with big touches.
3. Upon making eye contact with Player 1, Player 2 will begin small touches. Player 2 makes eye contact with Player 3. Player 3 makes eye contact with Player 1.
4. Rotation continues until time has expired. Each rotation should last about 2 mins.

Progressions:
1. Players switch to left foot Pull Back
2. Players switch to Inside Cut - right then left
3. Players switch to Outside Cut - right then left

Organization:
1. Activity should take place within the 18 yard box/keeper box of the 5v5 field
2. Split players into two teams
3. Set up box as shown: create 2 goals using tall cones wide enough for players tp dribble through. Create a gate using yellow cones, 3 yards from goal line. Use dots to mark where players need to stand.
4. Multiple Balls
Instructions:
1. Attacking team starts by dribbling the ball towards the gate.
2. Upon reaching the gate, player must perform one of the TURNS learned and attack one of the two gates. Player can score a point my dribbling through the blue gate.
3. The Defending player can begin playing once the Attacking player has performed turn. If the defender wins the ball they can score in either goal.
4. Teams will play for 6 mins, get water then switch to positions. Teams should keep track of points scored.

Progressions:
1. Individual points, player rotate after each goal scored.

Organization:
1. Activity should be played within the half. Dots are used to mark the kick off (yellow) and goal kicks (yellow). Tall oranges cones to be used as goals.
2. Three teams of 4 players
3. Two teams play while one team sits. No more than 5v5 - should always play 4v4 if possible. Can also play 3v3.
4. One ball
5. Games last 3 mins
Instructions:
1. Two teams play, trying to score a goal by dribbling through the two orange cones. Players will also get a point for doing one of the moves learned at sessions successfully.
2. Once the time has expired, one team gets water while the sitting team steps on to the field of play.
3. Continue rotation of teams sitting vs playing until session is complete.

Organization:

Instructions:
1. Players juggle the ball using different surfaces dictated by the coach
2. Rotation
a. Thighs Only - thigh, catch, thigh catch. One point each time they catch the ball. Two thighs in a row equals three points.
b. Feet only - bounce, laces, catch. One point each time they catch the ball. Two laces in a row equals three points.
c. Combination - thigh, bounce, laces, catch. One point each time they catch the ball. No bounce equals three points.
3. Each round is 2 mins long
