Instructions: in middle third to score in small goals. Transition to big goal, outnumbered in 5v7 delaying opponents by blocking the centre and allowing 11/7 to drop in 7v7.
Coaching Points:
- Find outlet once regaining the ball on the wide area's.
- Maintain speed in the attack (dribble with speed vs pass into space).
- Play open spaces (early cross vs pass into space when defender steps out to commit).
- Passes in front of players and FT in front to maintain speed in the attack.

Organization: 2v1 to 2v2, 2gks/8 oranges/10 greys
Instructions: Ball is being played in to the def. who then plays the #6. The #6 plays the ball to either attacker. Once the ball is played the 2nd defender can come in to make it 2v2 (pressure from behind). The attackers can only get into the box on the inside of the rectangle (no the outside). The defenders cannot defend back inside the box.
Coaching Points:
- Maintain speed in the attack (dribble or ball in space).
- Rec. pressure of the defender (dribble to attract).
- Timing of the run in behind (Banana run vs cut run).
