Organization:
1.Circle/square with a radius of approx 30 yard area set up as shown
2.12 players (6 Attackers, 6 Feeders)
3.6 Balls (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1.6 players (feeders) create a circle of about 30 yard radius
2.6 attackers dribble a ball around in the inside of the circle
3.An attacker dribbles up to a feeder, which is free, and passes and receives the ball back
4.After receiving the ball player turns to find another feeder
5.Complete as many passes as possible in a 3 minute time frame
6.Switch over after the 3 minute period
Coaching Points:
1.Angle of approach – center
2.Supporting foot is next to the ball pointed at target
3.Ankle locked with toe pointed up
4.Weight and accuracy of pass
Progressions:
P – Combinations of passing styles
P – Maximum of 2 touches before you pass the ball
R – Increase the area size for more room

Organization:
1.Large circle around 30 yards in diameter set up as shown
2.12 players (2 Attackers, 2 Defenders, 8 Servers) set up as shown
3.4 balls
Instructions:
1.Players on the outside serve the ball to players on the inside
2.Players on the inside receive the ball on their head, chest, thigh or foot and must look to pass to a new player that does not have a ball
3.After the players make their pass they go and find a new server
4.Defending players must attempt to win possession from the attacking players
5.Attacking players on the inside have the option of returning the ball to the original server if they can not open their body up to find a new player
Coaching Points:
1.Select appropriate surface
2.Withdraw surface at impact
3.Use arms for balance and to help shield the ball from pressure
4.Direction of touch to enable next action
Progressions:
1.P – 3 vs. 3 in the center of the circle
2.R – 3 vs. 2 in the center of the circle to reduce the pressure

40 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2. 10 players (4 Attackers, 4 Defenders, 2 Goalkeepers) set up as shown
3. 1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
Game is played as a regular scrimmage
2. If the team leads by 1 goal, they have a 3 touch limit
3. If they lead by 2 goals they have a 2 touch limit
4. If they lead by 3 goals they have a 1 touch limit
5. If the ball leaves the area, the game is restarted with regular rules
6. Play for a set time period
Coaching Points:
1. Get into line with the ball
2. Assess the situation as ball travels
3. Select appropriate surface
4. Withdraw surface upon impact
5. Direction of touch to enable next action

1. R – Remove touch restriction

Organization:
1. Open area
2. 12 players set up as shown
3. 4 balls
Instructions:
1. The ball is served from the hands
2. Before the servers throw the ball they call out a number 1, 2 or 3
3. The controlling player has that number of touches to control the ball and play to the third player, e.g. One would be a cushion volley to third player, two would be one touch control and pass, three would be two touches to control and pass
4. The ball is not allowed to touch the floor
5. Players score a point for each successful attempt
Coaching Points:
1. Getting into line with the ball
2. Select appropriate surface
Progressions:
1. P – Play 2, 3, or 4 so that players must now take at least two touches of the ball
2. R – Allow the ball to touch the floor
3. R – Reduce the serving distance
4. R - Players must complete the number of touches before catching the ball not passing the ball
