Organizational / Instructions
~~ 4 hurdles, 4 poles, 5 cones, 3 tall cones, 10 hoops, 2 rebound boxes, 4 balls
Coaching Points
~~ 2 feet jmps (bunny hopps) over hurdles
~~ drop shoulder to exagerate change of direction full poles
~~ 1-2 off rebound box stop ball at cone head and chest over ball inside of the foot pass
~~ left to right through ladders
~~ side stepp drop shoulder to exagerate turn of direction through cones
~~ fast feet in both hoops
~~ head up looking forward (reason why incase there is a defender infront of you)
~~ sprint through agility hurdel drive knee off the ground high chest running posture, toe pointing up landing on balls of feet and using power to burst over the speed hurdles
Progressions
~~ Hurdles - one footed hops right/left foot , two footed hops
~~ Poles - forwards through, backwards through
~~ Ladders - two to the left two to the right through, both feet in box, one foot in box, both feet in both feet out, sidewards in and ou on left then right
~~ Hoops - one foot in each fast through, take 5 hoops away diaganal jump and hold on right/left feet
~~ Rebound pads - 1-2 off rebound pad, remove pad and add a small goal to finish in
~~ Speed hurdles - sprint over hurdle, side steps round hurdle
