6 or 7 v0 Pass and move. After passing move to space. Supporting players must move to a new area every 3 seconds. How many times can you get on the ball in 1 minute.
Progression add 1 defender 6v1 (defender wins ball they hand over pinnie) Same grid size 2 groups going (next to each other)
IF kids are good/ older kids etc build into 6v2 opposition has to win ball and get it into there teams grid with pass etc 2 players follow from blue and try to win ball from purples grid.
