Purpose of game is to encourage stretching the field and switching the point of attack through use of numerical advantage, while attacking an omni-directional goal.
Game begins with one team in possession, and a goalkeeper who must defend the goal from both sides.
Team that has the ball must complete 4 passes and play in "both zones" (i.e. both ends, as separated by the goal) before they can score.
If defending team wins the ball, they must also follow the above rule before they score.
Coaching points:
-Quick transitions (offense to defense, vice-versa)
-Effective use of Jokers
-Quick switches of field
Progressions:
- require more or fewer passes
-change #'s of players and/or jokers.
-require that upon winning the ball, the team that does so must play into other zone with very first pass (quick switch) or very last pass (patient build-up)
