4v4 +3 Directional Rondo
Initially a straight rondo
- progress to a directional rondo
- reduce defensive #s for success (4v2 +3 or 4v3 +3)

Center backs (4,5) build up play through the CDM (6) under pressure 3 opposition attackers.
Game starts w/Blue teams keeper w/under pressure from the the 2 attackers. Once both the 4,5 and 1 have touched the ball the Blue 6 enters creating a 3v2 (4v2) w/the aim to score as quickly as possible. Game always starts from the bottom goal w/the teams rotating through the tasks (playing out, defending and "next")
After 7 seconds (vary time based on ability) of the Blue 6 entering the field the Yellow 8 enters the game to with a ball to help the two strickers to counter.
Stress the importance of the Blue finnishing w/in 7 seconds after the 6 has enterd.

Interplay between the 4,5 and the 6 with the connection to the 2&3
40x55 Ball starts w/defense. Players are situated in their zones. Only the 6 can play in both zones. The ball must be touched by both the 4&5 prior to it moving to the next zone. If white steals balll they attepmt to score.
Adjust #s to fit ability.
Add and 8 to both teams (both can move frealy)
