Organization:
- 2 x (20x15)
- 1v1+2 to Puggs
Instructions:
- Defender passes to attacker to initiate activity and holds line of confrontation at midfield.
- Attacker passes to and receives from each bumper, utilizing the back foot to receive and to set up next action, before attacking to goal.
- Can go 1v1 or can use bumper for give and go to score, 1pt.
- Defender can score 1pt. by winning possession and dribbling across attacker's starting line.
Coaching Points/Questions
- Head up to scan before receiving
- Use inside of the back foot to receive and take positive 1st touch away from defender and into space.
- Control weight of touch, small if defender nearby, big if lots of space
- Roles & responsibilities of 1st and 2nd attacker
Regressions/Progressions:- R1 - Defender semi-opposed
- P1 - Defender fully opposed w/o line of confrontation

- Both teams in 2-3-1
- Vertical Halves marked.
Instructions:
- 6v6 scrimmage without GK's.
- Left and Right Mids and Defenders restricted to their vertical half, Striker and Center Mid can float.

Intro.
Organization:
- 30x20 yard area with endzones
- Vertical channels marked as well
- Teams of 2 players, 1 ball
Instructions
- 2 player teams passing and moving from channel to channel, endzone to endzone.
- If your team can get to the endzone without defender touching your ball, your team gets 1 pt.
- Don't forget, pass and receive into each vertical channel to collect your pt.
