4vs1 and 4 vs 2
1 minute one team is in trying to touch the ball. Team in possession will try to get 5 passes in a row to get a point.
After a minute the defending team switches. Game stops after all 3 teams have defended. What team had the most points?
4v2 Same as previous exercise but now 4v2
Transition variation:
Team that is defending now has to win the ball, only one grid is played at a time. If defending team wins the ball they must secure the ball with teammates in the middle grid, those pass it to the opposite team and now a new team is in the middle.
to get a point possession team must complete 5 passes and switch the ball to the other team waiting.
After 5 minutes what team has the most points?
Coach is always on the ball to keep the game moving.
