Passing Individual Technique (20 mins)
1. Players work on passing and 1st touch. After passing, the players work on defensive movements at backwards angle. Alternate side that you work where you are attacking. Attacking player dribbles across end line to score. Defender works on delay defending at an angle and can counter to opposing end line if they win the ball.
2. Add players to the corners. Players continue working on Passing and 1st Touch, now working on approach angle. Corner players attack by dribbling across the end line. Progression: 2v2 (center player and either end player attack two corresponding defenders.)
CPs: Body Shape. Approach. Passing/Defending: are the players able to focus on both sets of details at a high level? Does the defender have proper technique? Communication (Pressure/Cover)
