8 balls

8 on the outside, 8 in the middle to start

Part 1

Players in the middle dribble through the square and pass out to a player ont he outside, who then dribbles through and plays with someone else.

Show quick feet, tricks and skills in the middle

Part 2

Players stay in the middle this time, working for 90 seconds at a time.

Tricks/skills in the middle, once passed out to T players, RVP (double) movements to recieve on the back foot and play again.

Part 3

Introduce 4 defenders who try and win the balls back.

Focus on Verbal/Non Verbal comms, use/variation of first touch / pass, RVP movements to recieve.
