Warm Up (20 minutes)
1. Raise, Activate, Dynamics - chaos box - with or without balls (5 minutes)
2. Potentiate - Closed Skill - Cutting movement + Add in reactive cutting (3 minutes)
3. 1v1. Attacker must cut and get beyond defender and reach end zone (6 minutes)
4. 1v1 Game Situation. Attacker must get beyond defender with good movement and end with a finish on goal (6 minutes)
