box 1 to 4 is 10 x 10 yrds

Player numbers:

3v1 in each box

Rules &/or conditions:

POSSESSION TEAM- 3v1 in each box and 1 empty box area.

-box 1 has to make 5 passes and then they can pass to players in box 2 or 3 and then they try to make 5 passes and pass to another box.

-if box 1 (as shown above) pass to box 2 then players in box 4 have to move quickly to box 3 to make a option for box 2 to pass to.

DEFENDING TEAM-6 ball interceptions or forced mistakes then change with red team

-ball starts with defending team(blue) and they pass into players in a box area

for e.g. box 1 and the passing player follows ball into that box to defend
