Partner Up. Whole Grid is active with Partners starting at opposite sides.
G1's start on Reaction Grid. G2's start on Agility Poles. G3's onwards start on Passing/Agility Circuit.
P1 (Controller) controls the Reaction. P1 (Follower) needs to react and chase before P1 (Controller) gets to the Blue cone. P1 (Controller) does High Leg Swings back to opposite side. P1 (Follower) does High Leg Swings back to opposite side. NOTE: P1 (Controller) can sprint to either side hence testing the reaction of P1 (Follower). 10 second Rotations meaning that P2's are on Agility Poles for 10 seconds then progress to P1 positions.
P3's onwards completing Passing/Agility Circuit. P3's progress to P2 start position on Coaches Call.
Group Dynamic Stretch for 2 minutes at end of drill.
