Good fitness session which is football related. Good for recovery runs once possession is lost. Also when a player is tired, it is important their 1st touch is good so player chasing doesn't catch them.

Set up - Poles are 40 yards apart. 1 cone 5yards before poles either end.
4 player, 2 at each end.
Time - 3 reps. 1st rep = 4 minutes
2 minute recovery
2nd rep = 3 minutes
2 minute recovery
3rd rep = 2 minutes.
Player 1 dribbles out as quick as they can, when they get to cone, pass ball in to player 2 who takes 1st touch forward and dribbles towards player 3. Once player 1 has passed ball, they must run round pole and chase player 2 back to his start position. Player 2 then repeats and chases player 3, then with player 3 chasing player 4 and so on. Keep repeating until the time is up.
