Heading & Traping (15 mins)

Heading, chesting and trapping (15 min) rotate ea. 2 minutes

Center Players head or trap balls and play back to serving players.

CP: Get body behind the ball. Roof over the ball. Get ball to ground a quickly as possible

3v3 plus 3 bouncers (15 mins)

3 v 3 small sided game with 3 Bouncers (15 min) (2 min Cycles Rotations)

Two squares playing 3 v 3. Attacking players to score as many goals in 2 mins. Attacking Players can use bouncers. 1 point for attacking palyers goal, 1 points for defenders if they get the ball to the end man. Rotate groups every 2 min. Expand to 20 x 20 if too dificult.

CP: Movement after the pass. Offer angles of support. Communication.
