Organization:
1. 20x20 field, 10x10 grid per team
2. Four teams, 3 players per team
3. One ball per player
Instructions:
1. Player 1 from each group takes Messi touches with their right foot to the line in front of them.
2. Player 1 performs Inside Cut with their right foot, makes eye contact with Player 2 and dribbles back to starting position with Ronaldo touches.
3. Upon making eye contact with Player 1, Player 2 will begin Messi touches. Player 2 makes eye contact with Player 3. Player 3 makes eye contact with Player 1.
4. Rotation continues until time has expired.
Coaching Points:
U Turn
1. Attacking the space forward on the field (looking to penetrate)
2. Toe part of the sole to drag ball back
3. Use of body, arms etc to fake
4. Turn body opposite to foot you use
Step Over
1. Fake to play the ball with the inside of the foot, moving the foot around the front of the ball
2. Plant that foot and pivot back in the opposite direction
3. Take the ball away with the inside of the opposite foot
Progressions:
1. Players switch to left foot/ Uturn
2. Players switch to right foot/Step Over
3. Players switch to left foot/ Step Over

Organization:
1. 30x20 field set up as shown
2. Players are separated into groups
3. One ball per player
Instructions:
1. First player in line dribbles the ball with their right foot towards the center line.
2. Upon reaching the center line, player performs U-Turn and dribbles back to start
3. Upon reaching start, player performs a step over and dribbles towards the center pole, performs a move of their choice and continues to the end of the opposite line.
4. The next player in line can begin once the move has been performed by the player in front of them.
5. Players continue working until allotted amount of time and/or number of reps have been completed.
6. Players will then switch to the opposite foot.
Coaching Points:

Organization:

2. Split players into two teams
3. Multiple Balls
Instructions:
1. Attacking team starts by dribbling the ball towards the red gate.
2. Upon reaching the gate, player must perform one of the turns learned and attack one of the two gates. Player can score a point my dribbling through the blue gate.
3. The Defending player can begin playing once the Attacking player has performed turn. Defender stops the game by winning the ball or playing it out of bounds.
4. Each attacker will complete two rotations, then Attackers and Defenders will switch. Teams keep record of goals socred.

Organization:

4. Separate team into four groups
Instructions:
1. Coach will number the players of each team 1-3
2. Coach will play a ball into center of field and call a number.
3. The numbered player called from each team will attempt to score a goal.
4. Each group will start with 3 lives, each time a goal is scored on their goal a life is lost. Once all lives are lost the game is over. Each time a goal is scored by the group a life is added to total.
Coaching Points:
1. Head up
2. Receive ball and turn towards open goal
3. Look for open space

1. Call multiple numbers at once
2. Play in more than one ball at a time.

Warm Up (10 mins)
Organization:
1. 10x3 grid set up as shown.
2. 4 cones (one yard between each cone)
3. 3 players per grid (2 players play, one player waits)
4. 1 ball
Instructions:
1. Player A begins with the ball and passes the ball to Player B.
2. Player B has two touches, one to receive and one to pass. Player B is not allowed to pass the ball back through the cones it came from.
3. Players continue to play until someone hits a cone, hits the ball outside of the grid, or takes too many touches. The player who does so is out and trades positions with Player C. The opposing player earns the point.
4. The new player begins with the ball and the players begins playing.
5. Players will play for 2 mins, keeping track of points, the players with the most about of points will move up the ladder and the other players will stay put.
6. Players will coming to play and rotate until the allotted amount of time has expired.
