Organization:
- Circle with 3 goals
- 1 player with a ball in the middle uses skill and vission to dribble through one of the 3 goals
- 2 defenders move around the outside of the organization to block the attacking player from getting through the goals.
- 1 minute rounds
Coaching Points:
- Close control/ ball manipulation
- fake to create an opening
- scan/ use vision to look for open space
- acceleration through open goal

Central Functional Training (6/9/10)
Organization:
- 3v1 central with 6/10/9 conect to 9 before playing to 7 or 11
- 7/11 in wide aread
- 6 recieves the ball from wide players
- 9 and 10 move to create space
Progressions:
- 6 must play into 9 in order to play wide
- 6 can play either 9 or 10 to play wide
- Add recovering defenders
-2/3 pressuring 7/11
-6 pressuring attacking 6/10
Coaching Points:
- Pass or Dribble
- Orientation of first touch in relation to pressure
- Decision making in relation to space/ time, position of defender, and type of pass recieved
- Direction/ Location of the pass (pass should send a message)
- Top foot (turn/ play other direction)
- Near foot (play back fast/ 1 touch)
- Speed/ Weight of pass
- Slow (1 touch)
- Fast ( 2 touch)
- Quality of cross (intentionally picking out a player)
