Activity
-5v5 or 6v6 game playing through 3 zones. Set players up in a 3-2-1 with 6 players or 2-1-2 with 5 players. When in attack, a player can join the next join by either dribbling or passing into the next zone. If their team lose possession, they must retreat back to initial zone.
Coaching Points
-Can we be patient when building up from the back?
-How can we overload the middle zone?
-Can we be creative/tricky in the final zone?

-12 players

Activity
-coach plays ball in to one player who attacks opponent in a 1v1 situation
-if player scores they add another player, and the other team quickly changes defenders, and that defender goes off - now 2v1 situation
-this pattern can potentially continue until team scores at 4v1
-if defending team win it back they begin the pattern over
-if ball it goes out coach can either roll one in or have players go back and restart at 1v1
-give bonus points for using moves

(individual) close control, acceleration, moves, balance, speed, head-up/awareness, dribbling skills, change of pace, good finishing
(group) movement to create space, support, quick passing
