Dribbling (15 mins)
THE SESSION: Stuck In The Mud
Set Up: 15x15
Three Taggers in the area
All other players run around
If taggers tag you, stand still with legs open and other player must crawl under
Progression:
Each player other than taggers have a ball
If tagger stops your ball you stand still with your ball on your head and legs open
To get unstuck another player must kick the ball through your legs

THE SESSION: Back To Goal
Set Up:
Ball starts with the coach
As the coach plays the ball forward one player from both teams have to race out to get to the ball first
First player to get to the ball must down turn and attack the main goal
If the player who didnt receive the ball first wins the ball he can now turn and also attak the main goal
Key Messages:
Be first to the ball
Be aware of second players position
First touch away from the defender
Protect the ball
Once turned, drive at goal

Set Up: 10x20
All the players start on the kline with the coach on the opposite side
The players are not allowed to move whilst the coach is looking at them
When the coach turns around then the players can start to move
As soon as the coach turns around to face the players again they must all freeze
If the coach sees anyyone moving then they must return to the start line
The first player to cross the end line is the winner
Start without a ball then introudce a football if time permits
