- Three zones 1) 20 in length 2) Red Line to Blue 5 yards in length 3) Blue to white 5 yards in length
- 3v3 in zone 1
- 2 defending mids in zone 2
- 1 Attacking mid/forward in zone 3
Activity
- GK rolls the ball out to one of the defenders
- Front 3 press the ball attempting to win it back
- Defenders attempt to play the ball through to mid/striker in zone 3
- Attackers behind in zone 2 attempt to prevent the ball through to the mid/forward
- If the atackers in zone 2 prevent the through ball one of them joins in the play to go 4-3 to goal.

Two Gates (10 mins)
Organization
- Set up two cone gates 10 yards apart on one of the lines
- Do the same at the opposite end of the field
- At one end of the field have number 1's between the cones
- At the other end have number 2's between the cones
Activity
- #1 starts the session by stepping out off the line, this is the #2 trigger to step out to defend
- The #1 attempts to run through the either of the #2 gates
- If the #1 is successful they get the point, if the #2 is able to tag the attacker before they get through they get the point
Progression
- If the #2 is able to tag the attacker, they then become the attacker straight away and attempt to attack the gates at the opposite end of the field.
- The next player in line at the #1 end steps out to defend
- If the player #2 is successful the session starts again with the next #1 starting off the session, however if the #2 is tagged the number #1 continues the session by attacking the opposite end with the next #2 stepping out.
