2V2 Counter Overlap-Pass/Overload (30 mins)

DESCRIPTION: This is a progression of the 2v2 counter, here we add an over load of 3v2 once a pass is made to one of the players inside the squares. Both teams are trying to attack and score but using one of their extra players, that extra player will receive and pass it back in order to get out free & attack ina 3v2, the other team can win the ball and use their extra player with a pass to fre him up. Player rotate each time a goal.

VARIATION: Over lap condition for the player inside the square, once he recieves & passes back he will make an over lap going into the upper wing to try to receiev and cross inside.

COACHING POINTS: The position of the extra player, is he close to the field of play? (quick overload)

The number of touches, less the quicker the overload attack

When over lapping, you must ask your teammate the ball & cross it with one touch.
