Gates
Challenge - see how many gates players can dribble through in a set time. Beat previous best.
Progression - move to pairs where one is leader and one follower. The follower follows the leader through the gates and the pair must go through as many as possible in a set time. Then move to threes.

In pairs player 1 dribbles through the cones and back, passes to player 2 who goes.

Intro mechanics - keep ball close, head up, vary foot surface
Traffic light game
Shout green for go and red for stop. Introduce animals to vary speed - snail is very slow dribble, snake is in and out dribble, crab is side to side dribble, tiger is quite fast, cheetah is super fast.
Do a warm up without a ball and then with a ball.
Progression - Move from shouting out the colour to holding up a cone: Hold up Green cone. - go,
hold up red cone - stop (freeze)
Players now need to dribble whilst keeping their head up so they can see what colour the traffic lights are.
