Organization:
-use 30 x 30 yard grid, or as big as space allows
-divide the group into 2 teams
-if you have 2 gks, they must share duties in the one large goal.
-one team starts in possession and tries to score in the large goal with the gk. The other team tries to win the ball and if they do, they try to score in one of the 3 small goals. Let them do this for 4 minutes each, and then have the teams switch sides.
Progression:
1) Once a goal is scored, the 2 teams must "flip" or "switch":
-example Team A scores in the goal with the gk, they then quickly flip roles with Team B, and now Team A is attacking the 3 small goals and Team B is trying to score in the goal with the gk.
-If a team scores in one of the 3 small goals, they retieve a ball at the central small goal, and then begin attacking the opposite goal with the gk.
Coaching Points:
-decision making.
-attacking mentality
-quickly transitioning of position relative to where the ball is and where your team is attacking/defending.

Organization:
-divide the group into 2 teams
-make a 30 x 20 yard grid, or larger if space permitts
-divide each team into 2 groups, have one group playing inside, the other half spread out and alternating with the opposing team around the perimeter of the playing area.
-the game is an open scrimmage, but you can play the players on the outside as support players.
-all other rules apply; no corner kicks, restarts are done by the nearest player already outside the grid of team that did not put the ball out of play..
-support players start with 2 touches.
-changed entire group every 4 minutes.
Progressions:
1) Limit supporting players to 1-touch.
2) Goals from crosses are worth 2
3) Have players on the outside come into the grid when they are passed to, they switch with the person that passed to them; therefore no need to change entire group every 4 minutes.
Coaching Points:
- good decision making
- attacking mentality
- team-oriented defending
- patience in possession
- good first touch away from pressure

Organization:
-make your grid as large as possible in the space provided.
-divide the group into 3 equal teams and colour them accordingly.
-objective is to maintain possesion: ex. red is chasing, which means that blue and green are in possesssion. If blue loses possession to red, then red and green are in possession together and blue becomes the team chasing.
-if the team chasing kicks the ball out of the grid, they do not gain possession, they must have it under control; along those lines, if a team in possession kicks the ball out of the grid, they now become the chasing team.
Progressions:
1) limit the teams in possession to 3 touches.
2) limit the teams in possession to 2 touches.
3) limit the teams in possession to 1 touch.
Coaching Points:
-support
-speed of play
-decision making
-first touch
