Organization:
1. 30x20 field set up as shown
2. Five 3x3x3 triangles set up as shown, one player in each
3. Three taggers in area, each holding a pinnie
4. Four runners
Instructions:
1. Taggers chase after runnings trying to tag them.
2. A runner is only safe if they can run into a triangle and high five the person inside before being tagged
3. The player in the triangle who was high fived must exit the triangle and find a new one for safety.
4. Taggers are not allowed in the triangles.
5. One person per triangle.
6. If a Tagger tags a Runner, they hand over the pinnie and roles are switched
7. There are no tag backs and Runners cannot enter the same triangle twice in a row.
Coaching Points:
1.Head up to observe open target
2.Communication between players
3.Acceleration into and out of the triangle
4.Change of direction when being chased by Tagger to avoid lbeing tagged

1. Taggers chase after Runners trying to place a foot on their ball..
2. A Runner is only safe if they can dribble their ball into a triangle and stop the ball inside the triangle before being tagged.
3. The player inside the triangle must then dribble the ball outside the triangle and find a new one for safety.
4. Taggers are not allowed in the triangles.
5. One person per triangle.
6. If a Tagger places a foot on the Runner's ball, they hand over the pinnie, take their ball and roles are switched
7. There are no tag backs and Runners cannot enter the same triangle twice in a row.

1. Dribbling surface - outside of foot, pinky toe
2. Head up, observe taggers and open areas of field

4. Accelerate into space/away from pressure

3. Head up to observe your open teammate
4. Receiving players must call for the ball
5. Do not play a pass to a player who is not looking at you

Instructions:
1. Teams must stay in formation. Goal keepers will switch every 2 minutes.
2. Each team will play for 6 mins with a condition then switch conditions and formations.
