12pm (U7-U8)
For the 12pm group the field will already be set up with the nets in place.
The players should go directly to the first station at 12pm with their respective team/coach.
The Players will have 15 minutes to do a few exercises with the coach(es). The coach is free to select which exercises they wish to use for the 15 minute period).
U7/U8
15 minutes of exercises/activities
2 x 20 minute game/scrimmage (5v5 with no players sitting off)

Dribbling Race
- The coach divides the players into equal groups (about 3 - 4 players)
- The coach sets up a dribbling race track for each group (Diagram racetrack just a suggestion *make it challenging but doable for the experience/level of the players*)
- After a 5 minute practice phase, a group competition starts
- Which group dribbles the race track the fastest?

Game Related Activity
- Area 30 x 20 yards
- Players organized into groups of 8 maximum
- Give each player a number from 1 - 8
- On the command of a number, plalyers race around the outside of teh area to face each other
- Add more numbers to play 1 v 1's - 8 v 8's
Coaching Points:
- Dribble when space is available in front of or behind an opponent
- Change speed to beat opponents
- Be aware of other players
- Be confident - is there a 'purpose' to the dribble?- be determined!

Car Races with Dribbling
- The coach sets up the cones in a circle
- One player stands in the center and the others stand in a circle around (at a distance of 5-8m, depending on the size of the group)
- All players have a ball
- The coach walks around the circle and gives each players the name of a car company (BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Lamborghini etc)
- When the name of a car company is called out by the coach, each player with that name dribbles to another cone
- When Car Race is called out, each player has to dribble to another cone
- The player who is left over goes to the cone in the middle of the circle and calls out the next car company or car race and tries to get one of the cones on the outside

For the HL program on Sundays we should ask the BSC Staff to bring out the six mini goals at 11am. They should be put in place right away and the field split into thirds.
The 11am field set-up for the Parent & Tot and the U4-U6 should be as above:
1) Parent & Tot Area
2) Game/Activity Area # 1 (3v3 games only)
3) Game/Activity Area # 2 (3v3 games only)
For the U4/U5/U6:
20 minutes of exercises/activites
2 x 15 minute games/scrimmage (3v3 only - all players should play, no players sitting off)
