Four Corners
Play 5 v 5- They have to score and take the corner by dribbling or passing to a team mate in the corner (cant stand in it for more than 5 sec) You will by getting all 4 corners, however this goes back to 0 as soon as the other team take a corner. The ball must be control in the zone.
Progression

Monster Ball
Organisation
All but three people with a ball. They have to dribble the ball around the D and keep control of the ball. The 3 without a ball have a netball and are passing it between each other- throwing and catching. They have to try and tag someone with the ball- they do this with both hands on the ball and touch the ball onto a body part of someone with a ball. If you are tagged you have to come out of the D and do 10 - 5m passes against the wall and join back in.
On ball- looking at ball carry position and movement (agility)
Tagger- vision and to work as a team
Progression
If they get tagged then they become a tagger
Can make the area smaller
Can add in a 2nd netball and 4 taggers.
