2 reds have a ball each. Blues have 1 ball between them. The blues need to keep possession and make as many passes as they can. If blues can make 5 passes, they get 1 point. Reds task is to press the passing team and force a mistake. They must dribble their ball with them wherever they go. If the blue team's ball leaves the area, the reds recieve a point. Best of 3 points. At end of each round, rotate players in red.

Only 1 player in each team is allowed in the wide channels (2 wide channels = 2 players per team)
2 players in each team in the middle channel
Players have two scoring systems – If a player in the wide channels manage to beat their opposition and dribble the ball across the shaded area and score a goal, they earn 1 point. If the players in the middle channel score a goal, they earn 2 points
If a player can’t dribble pass their opposition – Will the player develop his or her decision making skills and pass to a teammate. Allowing to make the pitch as big and wide as possible to drag the defenders out of position. Can they pass and move and create space?
THE PLAYERS MUST STAY IN THEIR OWN CHANNELS – ROTATE PLAYERS AFTER EACH INTERVAL
Progressions:
Remove the red cones and move the goals back further – introduce the GKs
Players are allowed to roam into any channels
Can the players think of utilising the channels?
Arrival Activity (10 mins)
Key Factors
Add players to each pitch as they arrive, moving from 1 v 1, 1 v 2, 2 v 2 and so on.
Organisation
Two pitches each with a "scoring zone" at each end of the pitch. Players must dribble or pass into the zone to a teammate before they can score.
