•場地大小:40M X 40M

•20人一組

安排:

• 每次由中堅開始發球,目標傳給中鋒(兩隊同時進行)

•中場球員,尋找空間支援外圍球員,並接球傳送給中鋒

 

教學重點:

•半轉身接球

•前場得球後其一防中要上前支援

安排:

• 每次由攻方(藍色)中堅開始發球,目標傳給中鋒。

• 防守隊奪球後傳給中鋒。

教學重點:

•防中進行盯人或盯位

•阻擋傳球路線

•何時及如何作出夾擊

•兩線距離緊密

•判斷情況能否進行夾搶

•防中需時刻與後衛球員溝通
