Organization:

Instructions:
1. Players find space and position themselves to see coach.
2. Coach shows a skill or movement and says, "I can do this, can you?"
3. When players hear the phrase, they attempt to mimic coach's actions.
4. Like "Simon says" if players mimic coach without hearing phrase first, they lose a point.
Coaching Points:
1. Light on toes.
2. Head up to see coach.
3. Balance and coordination.
4. Physical literacy.
Progressions:
Super Hero Moves (batman use hand like a cap and then perform a pull back to fly away from the enemy)

Organization:
- Every player with a ball. 20x30 area
- Two-three Taggers with Pinnie in hand
Instructions:
- Spiderman Tag
- Taggers have a pinnie in their hand and try and throw the pinnie(Spiderweb)at the attacker's soccer ball.
- If the tagger's pinnie hits the ball, the tagger becomes an attacker and the attacker becomes the tagger
- Rounds last 90 seconds.
Coaching Points:
-Use pinky toe to push ball
-On toes/lift heels/knee over ball
-Head up tp observe other players/space
-When space is tight, take a touch with every step
-When you see space to drive into, take bigger touches and accelerate into the space
-If area crowed with players can you turn into a new space
Progression:
-Defenders try and steal the ball and score in pug.
-Once your ball is stolen and scored, you become a defender and it becomes last player standing.

Organization:

4. Coach is the shredder
Story/Description:
1. Coach has a terrible plan to destroy the world (pinnie tucked in back of shorts).
2. Shredder tells the players they have x number of seconds to save the world.
5. In this time the TMNT/April can drive their Turtle Van (ball) to the Foot's evil location to take the plan.
6. When Shredder turns around the players must freeze and stand like statues to not be seen
7. If spotted, players have to return to the start (end line).
Coaching Points:
1. Keep your car (ball) close with little touches.
2. Head up to see where Shredder moves to.
3. Big touches when you have lots of time to move.
Developments:
P - Players have to perform different movements rather than freeze
P - Shredder is mobile players must run from the Shredder he tries to hit them below the knees if player is hit they become a member of the Foot. Last Turtle/April is the winner
P - players have the soccer balls and try to hit the shredder to stop him
