Rhondo's (20 min)
Set Up: 10 v 2, 10 x 10 grid, 10 orange/2 blue penny's
Quick posession game, First pass is free, Attacker connect as many passes as possible. Defender's win the ball 3 times to switch out. Attacker's take a point back for each 10 consecutitive connected passes. Variation: Point for splitting defenders.
CP: Player movement to receive the ball, Simple passes to keep posession, Support to keep posession, switch play to open space, Split defenders, be deceptive, communicate, be available

Fartlek Runs (15 min)
Distances from cones to poles:
1. 30m
2. 20m
3.10m
4. 50m
5. 25m
6.15m
7.30m
8.40m
9. 15m
Outside square is 50x60m
Red straight lines (cone to pole) is the working run, black line (pole to cone) is recovery run
Square around outside is always a 50% run
Follow the follwoing percentages during the runs (% of top speed) (players work in pairs)
1. 60% for both lines
2. 75% red line, 40% black line
3. 100% red line, walk black line
4. 75% red line, 60% black line
5. 100% red line, 20% black line
6. 60% red line, 20% black line
Repeat except for run 1 for a total of 15 minutes

Expanded Sm Sided Game (20 min)
SSG (6v6), 2 min or 2 goals switch teams
Restrictions: Connect 5 passes before shooting. All players must get back in their own half to defend and all player must get into the opposing half before shooting
Coaching Points: Encourage combination play, make eye contact , move into vacated spaces
Sm Sided Game No Restrictions (20 min)
Teams must have every outfield player in their opponent’s half to score. This forces players to move up and down the field throughout.
