Organization:
2 channels, 4 players on each.
Instructions:
A plays double pass with B. B then presses A.
A combines with C and moves around pressure from B (give-and-go).
B then plays into D and activity is repeated from opposite end line.
Coaching Points:
Play front foot or back foot pass? Benefits of each.
Use pass as first step.
Change pace when defender is drawn.
Progression:
Allow defender to curve run to cut off give-and-go option.
Option 2: beat opponent with scissor.

Organization:
2 channels. Approx 10x14yds. 3 teams of 2 players per area.
Instructions:
2v2 inside of area with 1 team of 2 acting as neutrals/targets who play on opposite ends.
Team in possession play end to end possession.
Play to 1 end and back = 1 point.
Give and go = 1 point.
First team to 4 points wins (or 2 minutes has passed).
Winning team can chose to stay on or become neutrals.
League system to create competitive environment.

4v4, one field. 2 teams play, one rest.
Instructions:
Regular game rules apply. Pass in to replace throw.
1 goal wins game. Winner stays on.
Coaching Points:

Circle Passing Warm Up
Organization:
-Half players outside circle around the edges with a soccer ball, half inside without a ball.
Instructions:
-Inside players must run through yellow box before each pass.
-Inside players look to play 1 touch passes with the outside players. Must find a different player each time. (Focus- chance the range of each pass short & long. Keep quality and timing on point. players should not be waiting for the ball.
1. Receive - turn - dribble through yellow box - find open player.
2. Receive - turn - longer pass to new player.
3. One touch give and go (same player).
4. One touch give and go (neighbor left or right).
-Switch inside outside players every 60/90 seconds.
Coaching Points:
-Timing of movement to receive the ball. Time/ delay your run until you see player on the ball is ready to pass.
-Constantly scanning the field and checking your shoulder to find open player/ defender/ space to turn into.
-Change of speed as checking in.
Progressions:
-Add a defender middle to break up play - If defensed wins the ball she plays to counter goals.
