Set Up
25x25 yards with 3x3 yard squares in each corner.
Rules and Conditions
5v5+5. Teams get points every time the play into a neutral player. First team to 5 wins. Winners decide whether to go into the boxes or stay in the field.
Progression
Neutrals play with 2 touches.

Set Up
50 x 30 yards. Big goal on one end for Gk. 3 small goals on the other end. Area split into 3 areas (15:20:15).
Rules and Conditions
Team in yellow (possession) to move the ball through the areas and keep possession. Pink team (goal) to try and win the ball back. If pink can win the ball back they can attack any goal. Pink players can go anywhere. Yellow players to stay in their areas.

Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
