Method:9v6 practice, with the attacking teams main focus is to play out from the back via the goalkeeper, with the overall aim to play the ball into an end man. Once this is achieved, restart from the goalkeeper. Progress to playing into a wide end man & look to build up again and play the ball into the opposite side end man.
Coaching Points: quick combinations passing & movements to receive, move ball quickly when in wide areas to avoid being trapped by opposition on one side of the pitch. Stretch the opposition with quick accurate switches of play.

Method: Each player must remain n their position specific zones, but a defender of the team in possession can dribble into the middle third if possible to do so to overload the opposition and allow continuation to build through the thirds. Winger/FB in wide areas can play touch touch unopposed, any more than this and they can be tackled by opposing wide man. Overall aim is to play out from the back through the thirds with aim to score. When ball gets into final third, commit numbers to support play.
Coaching Points: patient build up play, decision making when to pass/dribble, positivity/creativity on the ball, movements to receive/make runs in behind to stretch opposition, quality & tempo of passes/play.
