Competiton at speed to finish.
6 shots per GK.
After each save they sprint to feeding GK (White) to retrun ball before getting back to goal to make save.
Feeder (White) returns ball to shooter (Blue) after each shot so a ball is ready and we can play fast.
Screen 1
A) GK throw the ball back wards and forwards 10 times before one dives to make save.
*If possible can use lighter medicine ball to throw.
B) Starting on stomach, roll and get up to feet for save.
C) Hurdles into save. Various movements of your choosing.
All exercises should be performed on both sides.
Feeds should be:
1. Standing GK.
2. Light side collapse dive (higher).
3. Hard strike (Low).
